Recently, BenAn’s subsidiary company, Zonke Seno reached a BESS supply agreement with SIDRI (Shanghai Investigation, Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd) that employed BenAn P2 sodium ion battery. According to the agreement , Zonke Seno is going to provide a 2.5MW/6MW BESS in the city of Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia.
The signing of this project marks that, as one of the new battery energy storage technologies, the aqueous sodium ion battery technology entered a new era of commercialization.
The project is owned by CTG with a total investment of more than 1.5 billion yuan, which aims to be the global leading clean energy group. By 2020, CTG has over 87GW gen-asset and 97% of its mix are from clean energy.
